We offer process design & simulation vessel & piping calcs for complete package designs. We perform ASME VIII calculations for Pressure Vessels & Process Equipment of all sizes & shapes utilizing the latest 3D Modeling to provide complete drawing packages including GA & ASME detail Fabrication Drawings.  We also can provide you with 3D models to integrate with your system.

We can provide a wide range of engineering Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A), including structural AISC analysis as well as detailed part/assembly F.EA. Analysis & F.E.A can help to ensure your product is safe while still being economical.  Structural analysis can be used for skid & lift analysis, as well as for equipment operational & rig-up analysis to verify your equipment will hold up in the field. 

 We can help you with design & engineering for a variety of custom skidded equipment for a variety of industries.  Equipment packages range from small hydraulic power units (HPU) to large custom equipment packages. If you need custom skidded packages we can work with you to provide the best package that is cost effective, meets your needs, and has the documentation to support your equipment in the future. 

Drafting services can be provided using multiple 3D or 2D CAD platforms. We can provide you with complete 3D model based drawing packages for fabrication, assembly, lifting, general arrangement.  We can also use your own 3D models to create drawings, or help make modifications to your company's existing drawings.  Whatever your drafting needs are, we can help.  

We can engineer & design skids or baskets to meet DNV 2.7-1 or 2.7-3 specifications.  We provide all drawings & calculation documentation required for DNV approval through DNV or LLOYD's.  We can also provide SEPCo lifting certification forms which will also meet lifting requirements for API / BP / BHP.  We additionally provide equipment operational analysis including API 4F for offshore G.O.M. as well. 

We have experience in engineering and designing equipment to meet a variety of industry standards and specifications.  We can design to meet standards such as DNV 2.71/3, ASME VIII or B31 for piping or process, ASME BTH for lifted equipment, as well as many other standards.  We have the experience so you can be confident your project will be done right!

CAD services include 3D modeling & design.  We can create a fully developed set of 3D models from nothing more than a "back of a napkin" concept.  Or if you already have legacy 2D drawings, we can convert your old 2D drawings into fully parametric 3D models & drawings that update "live" with changes in the 3D models.  We can also provide 3D animations with photo render video quality.

Animations & interactive solutions show how your equipment works and operates in HD photo realistic render quality.  They can be used for sales, websites, presentations, demonstrations,  trade shows, and even for employee instructional training.
